TES’ Expands its Local Australian Service Capacity

Thomson Environmental Systems has boosted its capacity for local service for air quality monitoring (Ambient, CEMS, Dust, Gas, Weather) in Australia.

The move of the new Head Office and Production Centre on November 10 will double our floorplan for stock holding and production. And additional rooms for meetings and space for additional support staff will empower greater efficiencies to customer service.

TES’ new Technical Operations and Project Manager, Rumey Jiffrey, is working closely with our Technology Development Manager, Gary Brown to deliver responsive service and faster turnaround.

“With the challenges of COVID-19 and the growing rigour of environmental monitoring, there is a real need for a local Australian service provider that can deliver rapid turnaround,” Rumey said.

“We aim to deliver high-quality and cost-effective service, maintenance and calibration on the instruments we sell and make.

“It’s an exciting time for TES. The old head office warehouse was well appointed, but we needed to expand to facilitate growth and improvement. So from November 10 we will be in a position to provide a far more streamlined workflow and faster turnaround times.

“And the greater stock-holding capacity will enable us to provide a more timely response to service requests.”

Our team of expert technicians and engineers provide skilled maintenance and support on your equipment – either on-site, in our facilities and/or by the manufacturer.

We maintain certified standards for calibration of:

  • Flow – dust & gas instrumentation
  • Ozone – generators in NOx, ozone analysers & transfer standards
  • Dust monitors – FH62 calibration foils
  • Gasmet Multi-Gas Analysers.

TES has developed an end-to-end process for systematic preparation of our products that includes:

  • Delivery check
  • Soak Testing
  • Calibration
  • Factory Acceptance Testing
  • Scheduled Maintenance.

Our processes are managed under an integrated management system to the following standards:

  • ISO 9001:2015
  • AS/NZS 4801
  • ISO 14001:2015.

TES warrants its inhouse repair work and/or replacement parts for the remaining duration of the original warranty period, or for a period of three (3) months, whichever is longer, from the date of completion of repair.
