1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Thomson Environmental Systems Pty Ltd ("TES" or the "Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 9am on 31 August 2026 and closes at 5pm on 2 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
are aged 18 years or over;
attend the Thomson Environmental Systems (TES) exhibition stand at CASANZ Clean Air 2026 during the Promotion Period; and
complete the entry requirements outlined below.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any agencies directly associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
Visit the Thomson Environmental Systems (TES) exhibition stand at CASANZ Clean Air 2026.
Observe the demonstration of the DMP PM Monitor optical engine swap.
Successfully complete the optical engine swap demonstration as directed by TES staff.
Scan the QR code displayed at the TES stand.
Complete and submit the electronic entry form.
Entry is available at the TES stand only.
Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate retail value: AUD $709, including:

Three (3) intelligent flight batteries and charging hub
Digital transceiver
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by random draw on:

The winner will be notified using the contact details supplied on the entry form within [2] business days of the draw.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
7. Participant Safety
Participants must comply with all reasonable directions provided by TES staff while participating in the optical engine swap demonstration.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation where it reasonably believes participation may present a safety risk.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for administering the promotion, conducting the prize draw and contacting the winner.
Where entrants choose to opt in, their details may also be used by the Promoter to provide information about future products, services and promotions in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted entries.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participating in this promotion or accepting the prize.
If, for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, this promotion cannot proceed as planned, including due to cancellation, postponement or material alteration of CASANZ Clean Air 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion, subject to any applicable laws.
The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is conducted in Australia and is governed by the laws of Australia and any applicable State or Territory legislation relating to trade promotions.
